SDX Energy is a North Africa focused exploration and production business with high margin production and transformational exploration upside.
As an already established Canadian Stock Exchange (TSX) listed company, and having recently completed it’s listing on AIM, SDX Energy approached effektiv for our help in adapting its corporate reporting to meet with best practice AIM guidelines as well as satisfying it’s Canadian obligations.
This result was a two-tier approach to the design and production process in that the design needed to allow for the quarterly reporting obligation of TSVX and the annual reporting requirement of AIM – both containing different levels of content.
We developed a design concept that could have elements of it used purely for the stripped-back reports required on TSVX but that could be re-combined with AIM relevant content for its London obligations.
