A collection of original garments and textiles belonging to award-winning costume designer John Bright.
John began to collect these historic pieces over fifty years ago in order to study their cut, construction and fabrics, and to develop the authentic style of costume design for which he and his costume house, Cosprop, have become internationally renowned – creating costumes for many well-know films and television productions – picking up the odd award along the way.
Working with John’s team at Cosprop, including their photographer, effektiv was briefed to deliver a website that would “showcase” the pieces in the collection to their full glory.
We did this by developing a bespoke search and a detailed zoom function – allowing the pieces to be studied “up close and personal”.
